I am a busy athletic 40 year old male and hate to waste time
I've had this DVD about a week now
I measured my waist before starting the workout (67cm)
My friend and I started working out together and using this as a portion of the workout class we tried to do a couple of times of week together
I bought this DVD at a used movie store and loved it so much Im not ashamed to admit Im now a total Billy Blanks junkie! I went out and bought several other bootcamp DVDs after trying out this one
Overall good ab dvd
You want to work your abs, this video is for you because it is all ABS!!! Works great and only 35 mins long, I like to do another tae bo work out either in the morning 0r evening and then I use this video as a follow up every other day, works great
This DVD delivers! Very good exercises, very good trainer, very motivating and very good results! Highly recommended!
This is a great workout that combines strength training and cardio for maximum fat burning that continues long after you've finished
I got this bracelet and necklace for my husband for Christmas
Don't get me wrong this is a lovely necklace however it is extremly too short
The necklace is described for a man but the length is only 20 inches
